NEW Harley Davidson Black Handlebar clamp with Scalloped design

Black die cast handlebar clamp to replace the standard Harley clamp. Has Scalloped design on top to give this a custom look over the standard finish. Fits standard and custom risers.

Fits 1974 and later XL, FXD, FXR, FX, and FX Softail models with stock 1" handlebars (except FXSTD, FXSTS, FXSTSB, FLSTS, FXLR and 96 and later XL customs) complete with 4 chrome covers for the top of the Securing Allen bolts.
