Black die cast handlebar clamp to replace the standard Harley clamp. Has decorative front skirt that fills the gap between the risers, fits standard and custom risers.

Fits 1974 and later XL, FXD, FXR, FX, and FX Softail models with stock 1" handlebars (except FXSTD, FXSTS, FXSTSB, FLSTS, FXLR and 96 and later XL customs) complete with 4 chrome covers for the top of the Securing Allen bolts.
