I bought these panniers in desperation after reviewing the massive prices asked by Harley for their panniers and then looking at the appalling poor quality items offered up at shows and exhibitions. I have to say I am delighted with these panniers as they are great quality at a sensible price, I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation.
