Bought this in August to use for the weekend at Thunder in the Glens. Easily took my 3 person tent, sleeping bag, Trangy and speakers for mp3 player in the main compartment. Side pockets are big enough for t-shirts and boxers (not the dogs) and various other needy stuff for a bikers weekend. I've also used it for a weekend away on the hills and got all my walking gear, foodstuff and refreshments in it. You do have to use the waterproof cover though when rain is heavy.
